Built for Southwest Florida

Our climate changes how a remodel should be planned.

A floor, shower or paint job that works in a dry climate can struggle here. These are the local conditions we plan around from the first visit.

01 — Flooring

Concrete slab subfloors

Most homes here sit on concrete slabs. Checking moisture and flatness before new tile or vinyl plank goes down helps floors stay flat and bonded.

02 — Painting

Heat and humidity

Humidity and strong sun affect how paint cures and how long it lasts. Surface prep, product choice and timing matter more here than in drier climates.

03 — Scheduling

Rainy and storm season

Hurricane season runs June through November, and summer brings daily afternoon storms. Exterior work is planned around the weather, not against it.

04 — Bathrooms & kitchens

Water-ready materials

Wet areas call for water-resistant flooring and properly waterproofed showers — choices that matter in a humid climate.

Questions

Good questions to ask before you remodel

Don’t see yours? Call us or ask when you request your estimate.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We visit your home, look at the space, talk through options and give you a written estimate with no cost and no obligation.

Which areas do you serve?

Our primary service areas are Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres. If you are in a nearby community, ask when you request your estimate and we will let you know.

How long will my project take?

It depends on the scope, materials and any surprises found once work begins. Your written estimate includes an expected timeline, and we keep you updated if anything changes.

Tile or luxury vinyl plank — which is better for a Florida home?

Both work well. Tile is very durable and handles moisture well. Luxury vinyl plank is warmer and softer underfoot, usually quicker to install, and many products are water-resistant. We will help you compare options room by room.

Do I need to move out during a bathroom or kitchen remodel?

Usually not. Before work starts, we talk through access, dust control and which rooms will be out of use, so you can plan around it.

What happens after I request an estimate?

We contact you to schedule a visit, review the space with you, and then send a written estimate. If you decide to go ahead, we agree on a start date together.

Ready to plan your project?
