Kitchen remodeling with one plan and one schedule
A kitchen has more moving parts than any other room: cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical, flooring, tile and paint. We coordinate them as one project, so you have one plan, one schedule and one point of contact.
- Refreshes to full remodels
- Cabinets, countertops and backsplashes
- Flooring and paint coordinated

Refresh, partial or full remodel?
The right scope depends on what’s working now and what isn’t.
| Refresh | Partial remodel | Full remodel | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical work | Backsplash, paint, hardware, lighting | New countertops or cabinets, sink and faucet | Layout, cabinetry, surfaces, lighting, flooring |
| Best when | The layout works and cabinets are solid | One major element is worn out or dated | The kitchen doesn’t fit how you cook and live |
| Kitchen out of use | Briefly | Partly | For most of the project |
We’ll help you decide what to keep and what to change during the estimate.
Local know-how
What keeps a kitchen remodel on track
01 — Sequencing
The right order
Countertops are measured after cabinets are installed, and backsplash follows countertops. Good sequencing keeps the project moving.
02 — Lead times
Order early
Cabinets, countertops and special-order tile can take time to arrive. Final selections early keep the schedule realistic.
03 — Living through it
A temporary kitchen
We’ll talk through a temporary setup and which days will be most disruptive before work starts.

Questions
Common questions about kitchen remodeling
Have a different question? Ask when you request your estimate, or give us a call.
Can I keep my existing cabinets?
Often, yes. If the cabinet boxes are solid and the layout works, new countertops, hardware, paint or doors can change the look a lot. We’ll tell you honestly what we see.
Which countertop material should I choose?
Quartz is low-maintenance and consistent; natural stone such as granite is durable with unique patterns; solid surface and laminate are budget-friendly. The best choice depends on how you use your kitchen.
How long will I be without a kitchen?
It depends on the scope and on cabinet and countertop lead times. Your written estimate includes an expected timeline, and we’ll flag the most disruptive stretch in advance.
Do I need a designer?
Not always. Many kitchen projects are planned directly during the estimate. For large layout changes, a drawing helps everyone agree on the plan before work starts.
