Multi-room and whole-home renovations, coordinated
Updating several rooms at once is more efficient than tackling them one by one — if it’s planned well. Flooring, bathrooms, kitchens and paint are sequenced so the work flows and you follow one schedule.

What we do
Renovation services
Whole-home updates
Refreshing a home after purchase or before a sale: flooring, paint, fixtures and finishes throughout.
Multi-room projects
For example, new floors and paint combined with a bathroom or kitchen update.
Sequencing & coordination
Planning the order of work so new paint isn’t damaged by later work and new floors are protected.
Interior improvements
Doors, trim, baseboards, fixtures and the other details that complete a renovation.
How it fits together
Why the order of work matters
A common sequence for a multi-room renovation:
| Stage | Typically | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Demolition & rough work | First | Dust and debris happen before finishes go in. |
| Bathrooms & kitchen | Early | They involve the most trades and the longest lead times. |
| Painting | Before final flooring (often) | Avoids drips on new floors; touch-ups come last. |
| Flooring | Late | Protects new floors from other work. |
| Trim, fixtures & touch-ups | Last | Finishes go on once the messy work is done. |
Every project is different; this is a common approach, not a rule.

Living at home

Questions
Common questions about home renovations
Have a different question? Ask when you request your estimate, or give us a call.
Is it better to renovate everything at once?
Often it’s more efficient — fewer setups, one schedule and consistent finishes. Phasing can still make sense for budget reasons or if you’re living in the home. We’ll talk through both.
Can I live in the home during the work?
In many cases, yes, by phasing rooms and protecting the areas you’re using. Some stages are easier if you’re away for a few days; we’ll tell you which.
Where should I start?
Start with the rooms that matter most to you and anything with long lead times, such as cabinets. We’ll help you prioritize during the estimate.
